Nothing on this site, in the app, or said by the Rusty chat assistant constitutes safety clearance, engineering judgment, or legal advice. Dig It presents evidence — ticket status, risk scores, checklists, and signoff trails — and the decision to excavate always rests with qualified personnel on site, in compliance with applicable law, 811/one-call requirements, and OSHA regulations.

Before production, TechJano LLC should finalize terms covering acceptable use, account rules, subscriptions, data handling, warranties, liability, support, cancellation, and jurisdiction.
